Paphos to Polis by Bus: Routes 645, 641 and 648
Short answer
Route 645 runs between Karavela Station in Paphos and Polis Chrysochous, via Stroumbi and Tsada, with roughly hourly buses through the day and different timetables on weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Route 641 runs the inland way twice a day; route 648 links Polis with Coral Bay four times a day.
Timetables below are as published on the official Pafos Buses route pages on 28 October 2026. They change by season, school term and holiday, so confirm the exact departure on the official page before you travel.
Route 645: the main bus
Route 645 starts at Polis bus station and runs through Chrysochou, Goudi, Choli, Skoulli, Giolou, Stroumbi and Tsada before reaching Karavela Station in Paphos. It has separate timetables for weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays and public holidays, with buses roughly every hour for much of the day and a late service. A few weekday departures are marked with an asterisk because they also call at an extra stop: the Paphos Government Offices (06:25 from Polis, 15:00 from Karavela) or Polis Chrysochous School (13:00, 13:45 and 15:00 from Polis, 06:20 from Karavela). See the official route 645 page.
Route 641: the inland route
Route 641 is a slower route that winds through the inland villages: Terra, Drouseia, Ineia, Arodes, Kathikas, Theletra, Stroumbi and Tsada. It runs Monday to Saturday with two buses each way and no Sunday service listed. Use it only if you want those villages, not as a quick way to Polis. See route 641.
Route 648: Coral Bay to Polis
Route 648 goes from Coral Bay to Polis via Peyia, Kathikas, Arodes, Inia and Droushia, with four buses a day each way, every day. It is the direct way between the two without going back through town. Route 648.
